1. Enter BLOCK RESERVATION# and email address - acadianjuniors@gmail.com - used to setup the block of rooms (will be listed by each hotel blocked);
2. Select "ROOMING LIST" at top;
3. Select next available RED ROOM NUMBER to the left to enter contact, guest names, Team Name and credit card information to guarantee room (do NOT click the box to the right or select "add room");
4. Team name matters!  Be sure to select the correct club and team name in the drop down box.  If you do not see your team name, contact your Team Rep/Director;
5. Enter payment information to pay the non-refundable AES booking fee of $10.00 (room charges are not charged at this time; room charges will be handled by the hotel at time of check-in )unless otherwise noted in cancellation policy.
