GENERAL INFORMATION

  • ADMISSIONS

    Adults - $25.00 / Weekend or $15.00 / Day
    9 - 12 years - $ 10.00 / Weekend or $7.00 / Day
    8/under - FREE

    CASH ONLY at all locations

  • SPECTATOR INFORMATION

    When a team is OFF (not officiating or playing) Please allow next team to occupy space and/or seats while their teams are playing. Some venues have limited seating areas.

  • CONCESSIONS

    There will be concessions at each location. ABSOLUTELY No Outside Food/Drink or Ice Chest allowed inside of buildings.

  • SCHEDULE

    The official schedule will be available at Advanced Event Systems.
    Please check back regularly, changes may be made.

  • ROSTERS

    Must have a completed AES roster printed out for officials at the beginning of each match to compete. Club Directors and Coaches are responsible for rosters, we cannot assist with this on-site. Age Waivers: The Bayou Region does not grant waivers, nor waivers from other regions are accepted. Boys: The Bayou Region allows boys to play with and against girl teams in 10's - 14's. Please bring. SportsEngine roster for boys affiliated teams.

  • CHAIRS

    Chairs will be provided at some venues - check update periodically at each location.

GYM LOCATIONS

AJ Training Facility - Courts 1/2

No Seating - Please bring chairs to location.
Concession Stand at location. Parking will be set in different areas.
Will have parking attendants - please listen - no parking on road or past our building.
Overflow parking will be at Sydnie Mae's and side parking at Randol's.

Westminster Christian Academy - WCA-Lafayette - Courts 3/4

There will be seating - no chairs allowed.
Concession Stand at location - No Outside food allowed.

Cajun Elite Training Facility - CETF - Court 5 & 6

No seating - please bring personal chairs for seating.
Concession Stand at location - No Outside Food allowed.
